CARD PATTERNS SKETCH #108

This is my take on the http://www.cardpatterns.blogspot.com/  sketch challenge. It is also #12 for my personal challenge .
Cardstock: Soft Suede, Real Red and Whisper White
DSP: ?
Stamps: Jolly Old St Nick
Ink: Soft Suede, Real Red and Basic Black
I used the Water Brush to color the Santa, the Paper Piercer to pierce the Soft Suede circle, the Sizzix Scallop Circle #2 for the Red and the Large Scallop for the striped. The ribbon is a retired color.

I embossed the En Francias with clear embossing powder and used the crochet ribbon.

COLOURQ CHALLENGE #77


This card is for http://www.colourq.blogspot.com/ challenge. I have to say it was a challenge, I had to actually open my package of Concord Crush just to make it! My poor ink pad didn't even want to open for me! I actually like this color, I will have to use it again.
Cardstock: Concord Crush, Kiwi Kiss,Whisper White, Bashful Blue, and Bermuda Bay
Stamps: Bella Toile and Word Play

I also used Rhinestones, a retired Kiwi Kiss ribbon and a Water Pen to color the leaves on the background.

INKSPIRATION SKETCH CHALLENGE #62


This challenge was hard for me. The Daffodil felt so bright with the Regal Rose. This was also the next stamp set for my personal challenge. Next is Charming.

Cardstock: Regal Rose, Early Espresso, Whisper White, and Daffodil Delight
Stamps: Barouque Motif, and Teeny Tiny Words
Ink: Early Espresso and Daffodil Delight
Punches: Decorative Label, Word Window Punch, and Eyelet Border
I cut out the flowers and attached them with dimensionals, added the Espresso ribbon, and the top Regal layer is also raised with dimensionals.

ORNAMENT




I found the video for this while blog hopping. I think it was STAMPING WITH TAMI. It was actually pretty easy. 
Cardstock: Whisper White
Ink: Crumb Cake, Bashful Blue, and Cherry Cobbler
Stamps: Snowfall and Jolly Old St. Nick
I also used the Musical Notes Wheel, Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding, and a bead.

This card was made for http://www.iheart2stamp.com/  , it's the March 2011 challenge.
Cardstock: More Mustard, Early Espresso, and Very Vanilla
DSP: Autumn Spice
Stamp Set: Autumn Splendor and Teeny Tiny Wishes
Ink: Early Espresso, More Mustard and Cajun Craze
I inked the leaf stamp with More Mustard and then rolled the Cajun Craze around the outside edges. I also used the Modern Label punch and a vintage brad.

CPS #150

This is Christmas Card #8.
I used an old layout from http://www.cardpositioningsystems.blogspot.com/ . I also used the colors from a old http://www.colourq.blogspot.com/ challenge but had to swap out Glorious Green for Garden Green.
Cardstock: Certainly Celery, Pretty in Pink, and Whisper White
Ink: Garden Green, Real Red, Whisper White craft
Stamps: Merry
DSP: Candy Cane Christmas
I inked the edges of DSP and White layers with Garden Green, added Rhinestones to the two inside snowflakes, and embossed the snowflakes on the card itself with White embossing powder.

This is card #2 in my quest to go through my stamp sets. It's nice to revist some of the sets I haven't touched in a while.

DSP: Tall Tales and ?
Stamps: Animal Stories and Teeny Tiny Wishes
Punches: 2 3/8 and 1 3/4 cirlces, Modern Label, and Corner Rounder with the guard removed ( to scallop larger circle)
Ink: Bashful Blue and Chocolate Chip
I also used a retired Bashful Blue and White striped ribbon, and a mini library clip.
